Our Process

Initial Consultation

Begin by contacting us with your project idea, whether it's a residential home, commercial space, industrial unit, or disaster relief housing. We'll discuss your specific needs, desired features, potential location, and budget to understand the overall scope. This first conversation helps us gauge feasibility and explore how container construction can meet your goals.

Design & Planning

Our expert team works closely with you to develop detailed architectural plans and 3D renderings specifically adapted for container structures. We finalize layouts, select materials and finishes, and address site-specific requirements like foundation needs and utility connections. This stage culminates in a refined design and a preliminary project timeline and cost estimate. See examples here.

Proposal, Contract & Permitting

Based on the finalized design, we provide a comprehensive, detailed proposal outlining the full scope of work, guaranteed costs, and a clear construction schedule. Upon your approval, we execute a formal contract, and then our team takes the lead or assists you in navigating the crucial permitting process with the relevant local authorities for your specific build type and location.

Fabrication & Site Construction

Once permits are secured, the precise off-site modification and fabrication of the shipping containers begin in a controlled environment, ensuring quality and speed. Simultaneously, we coordinate any necessary on-site preparation, such as foundation work. The modified containers are then transported to your site, expertly assembled, sealed, and integrated with utilities and final finishes by our skilled construction crews.

Final Walkthrough & Handover

As construction concludes, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to inspect every aspect of the project and ensure it meets your complete satisfaction and our stringent quality standards. After addressing any final items, we officially hand over the keys and all necessary documentation for your brand new, custom-built container structure.
